Software Developer
Responsibilities
- – Optimize AI solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- – Work to centralize and abstract infrastructure complexities within the platform layer, empowering application teams with secure, efficient tools for developing and deploying GenAI use cases in a consistent and reliable way.
- – Researches, evaluates, and shares existing and upcoming new technologies with the team.
- – Collaborate with data scientists and domain experts to deploy AI technologies.
- – Partner with developers and business users to enhance the platform’s developer experience (DX) and ensure it effectively supports the AI requirements of the organization.
- – Provides communication with Product Managers, Designers, Teammates, and dependent teams in order to write efficient code.
Qualifications
- – A degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related discipline.
- – At least 3 years of relevant experience in software development.
- – Proficient in Agile development practices such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), Scrum, and Kanban.
- – Strong technical proficiency with ReactJS and front-end tooling.
- – Practical experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and automated front-end tooling/testing (e.g., GitHub Actions).
- – Have a proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them,
- – Self-motivated; independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable when working across multiple teams.
- – Experience with the full SPA stack, including Webpack, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, and Docker, is highly desirable.
