Your Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design: Proficiency in design, color theory, typography, and layout to create visually appealing content for websites, social media, emails, and advertisements.
  2. Social Media: Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and execute creative design & ideas while staying on top of platform-specific trends, content planning, and best practices.
  3. Copywriting: Contribute to the creative direction and planning of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with objectives and crafting clear, concise, and engaging captions for social media, incorporating SEO and hashtags.
  4. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to inform designs and content creation.
  5. Video Content Creation: Optimize digital assets for various platforms and devices to maximize user engagement, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, basic video editing, and designing engaging thumbnails.
  6. Communication: Collaborating effectively with teams and clients, incorporating feedback.
  7. Attention to Detail: Ensuring consistency and high-quality output.
  8. Analytical Skills: Tracking content performance and adjusting strategies based on data.
  9. Time Management: Managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  10. Creativity: Bringing fresh, innovative ideas and visual storytelling.
  11. Adaptability: Staying flexible to trends and feedback.

Our Requirements:

  • –  Minimum Diploma, Professional Certification or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • –  Expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, and animation tools.
  • –  Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • –  Prior experiences with internship in digital marketing positions are welcomed to apply
  • –  Basic knowledge of Google (SEM & SEO), social media platforms, and content creation
  • –  Proficient in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, and familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • –  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • –  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • –  Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus, but not required
