Conceptualise and generate creative work (graphics, photographs, videos) for use on omnichannel platforms (social media, website, email campaigns, digital ads, signs, brochures), events and internal communications that is thoughtful in strategy and that drives engagement and brand love.
Create visual communications (e.g. signages, posters, packaging, website, email, content marketing) for omni-channel marketing, events and internal communications
Oversee physical production of Final Artwork
Oversee visual merchandising at physical applications (e.g. in-boutique, pop-up, events)
Manage social media platforms and accounts (e.g. IG, FB, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu)
Manage external agencies / freelancers for outsourced design work
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure project or campaign success.
Stay current on design, retail and food industry trends

Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma or higher in Design Communications, or a related field
2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro, Photoshop and other photo and video editing softwares
Excellent skills in photography & videography
Demonstrated experience in social media management
