Key Responsibilities:

>> Design and deliver Public Relations and marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that align with the brand identity.

>> Develop engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, and EDMs, ensuring consistent and innovative storytelling to enhance brand visibility.

>> Collaborate with artists, designers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing promotional materials, advertisements, newsletters, and collaterals.

>> Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards.

>> Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and clients, leveraging opportunities for brand partnerships and increased exposure.

>> Coordinate and execute events, including planning logistics, creating key visuals, and managing deliverables to ensure seamless experiences.

>> Analyze market trends, research competitor strategies, and provide insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.

>> Oversee customer relationship management initiatives, including managing VIP and corporate client databases, planning client outreach, and gathering feedback to improve the business.

>> Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of marketing objectives.

>> Stay updated on digital marketing trends, design tools, and platforms to implement innovative practices.

Qualifications:

>> Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.

>> Diploma or degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field.

>> 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and event coordination, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle industries.

>> Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office tools.

>> Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media strategy and website management.

>> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.

>> Independent, resourceful, and creative, with a passion for storytelling and branding.

>> Multilingual skills (English and Mandarin preferred) to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
