Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver Public Relations and marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions that align with the brand identity.
  • Develop engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, and EDMs, ensuring consistent and innovative storytelling to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with artists, designers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing promotional materials, advertisements, newsletters, and collaterals.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and clients, leveraging opportunities for brand partnerships and increased exposure.
  • Coordinate and execute events, including planning logistics, creating key visuals, and managing deliverables to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Analyze market trends, research competitor strategies, and provide insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee customer relationship management initiatives, including managing VIP and corporate client databases, planning client outreach, and gathering feedback to improve the business.
  • Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of marketing objectives.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, design tools, and platforms to implement innovative practices.

Qualifications:

  • Only Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are welcome to apply.
  • Diploma or degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and event coordination, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle industries.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media strategy and website management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
  • Independent, resourceful, and creative, with a passion for storytelling and branding.
  • Multilingual skills (English and Mandarin preferred) to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
