Develop engaging digital content for websites, social media platforms, and EDMs, ensuring consistent and innovative storytelling to enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with artists, designers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing promotional materials, advertisements, newsletters, and collaterals.
Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring quality control and adherence to brand standards.
Build and maintain relationships with media, vendors, and clients, leveraging opportunities for brand partnerships and increased exposure.
Coordinate and execute events, including planning logistics, creating key visuals, and managing deliverables to ensure seamless experiences.
Analyze market trends, research competitor strategies, and provide insights to refine campaigns and maximize ROI.
Oversee customer relationship management initiatives, including managing VIP and corporate client databases, planning client outreach, and gathering feedback to improve the business.
Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of marketing objectives.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, design tools, and platforms to implement innovative practices.
Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, branding, and event coordination, preferably in the F&B or lifestyle industries.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media strategy and website management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and design.
Independent, resourceful, and creative, with a passion for storytelling and branding.
Multilingual skills (English and Mandarin preferred) to liaise effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
