– Develop visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for all marketing and branding materials, including menus, brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and packaging designs.
– Understand design requirements and objectives and translate them into creative visual solutions that align with our brand identity and guidelines.
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing materials.
– Manage and prioritise multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs while adhering to project timelines and deadlines.
– Maintain and organize a library of design assets, including templates, logos, images, and fonts to ensure consistency and easy access for future design needs.
– Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and production houses, to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of printed materials, maintaining quality control throughout production.
– Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all design outputs meet our standards, including accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance.
Job Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
– Proven work experience as a graphic/creative designer, preferably focusing on branding and marketing materials.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
– Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
– In-depth understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
– Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the F&B industry.
– Experience working in the F&B or similar consumer-facing industries is a plus.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain design consistency across various platforms and materials.
– Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to think outside the box and develop unique design concepts.
– Strong understanding of digital design and proficiency in creating designs for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to effectively communicate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Up-to-date knowledge of printing processes and requirements for various print materials.
