Job Duties:

  • –  Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and transform them into engaging and disruptive visual concepts.
  • –  Concept-driven, delivering art direction that communicate disruptive messages effectively and creatively.
  • –  Craft compelling narratives through graphics, animations, and visual elements that resonate with our target audience.
  • –  Act as a visual storyteller, ensuring each design piece captures the essence of the brand and campaign objectives.
  • –  Utilize Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop, and Illustrator to bring designs to life with precision and creativity. Premiere, After Effects is a plus
  • –  Independently manage projects from ideation to execution, adhering to deadlines and maintaining design excellence.
  • –  Continuously stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep our content fresh and innovative.
  • –  Ability to collaborate and work with external partners and production vendors as needed to execute creative output, including visual and films.

 

Job Requirements

  • –  Diploma or 2 and more years of relevant experience in Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Animation, or related field.
  • –  Impressive portfolio showcasing campaign concept, art direction, visual design, social media design work. Animations, motion graphics, video related experience a plus. 
  • –  Advertising & Graphic design agency background a plus.
  • –  Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator essential. Premiere, After Effects and 3D applications a plus. 
  • –  Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to craft visual stories that resonate.
  • –  A proactive and self-driven mindset, capable of taking initiative and thinking creatively.
  • –  Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • –  Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
  • –  Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, polished work.
  • –  A strong passion for design and a constant desire to innovate and push creative boundaries. Generative A.I knowledge is an advantage.
  • –  Passion for branding and a desire to collaborate with branding, media, social teams to drive overall growth.
