My client is a leading Singapore consulting firm renowned for its expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Specializing in Dynamics CRM consulting and implementation, the company is committed to transforming organizations by optimizing customer interactions and driving business excellence.
Job Scope:
– Application Development & Implementation: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM or other related platforms using C# and the Power Platform to meet client requirements.
– Technical Design & Scalability: Apply software engineering principles to translate functional requirements into robust technical designs, ensuring the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
– Customization & Integration: Customize Dynamics 365 CRM applications by creating plugins, workflows, custom entities, and web resources, as well as integrating with third-party systems and APIs.
– Compliance with Best Practices: Ensure that all application development adheres to company policies, industry standards, and best practices, including secure coding techniques and quality assurance protocols.
– Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough unit testing, integration testing, and debugging to ensure the functionality and stability of applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
– Business Operations Support: Assist in resolving any IT-related issues to ensure the smooth operation of business processes, while optimizing solutions for both business needs and technological advancements.
What are they looking for:
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
– Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in C#.NET development, preferably with a vendor or consulting environment.
– Strong experience in C# and .NET framework, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CRM development (plugins, custom workflow activities, integrations).
– Familiarity with Power Apps is a plus.
– Knowledge of CE/CRM system deployment for both on-premise and cloud-based environments.
– Given the number of ongoing government projects, we’re mainly looking for candidates who are Singapore Citizen, Singapore Permanent Residence, or already working in Singapore.
