– Working with internal stakeholders, external vendors and customers in the projects.
– Assist in the development and management of project schedules and resources, identify risks, define problem solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
– Leading cross-functional team meetings and drives for outcomes towards project success.
– Assist in the translation of business needs into clear and comprehensive software requirements specifications.
– Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements during the software development life cycle.
– Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding by both business and technical audiences.
– Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for proposed changes or enhancements.
– Identifying and scheduling customer-facing meetings to assure effective completion of projects.
– Managing day-to-day operational aspects of a project delivery.
– Assist in the tracking and reporting of project.
– Contribute to the creation and updating of project documentations.
– Able to handle tasks with multiple deadlines and efficient in prioritizing tasks accordingly.
– Develop meeting minutes independently and follow up on action items.
Qualifications
– Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or relevant
– 3 - 5 years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Business Analyst.
– Preferably with a valid PMP Certification.
– Understanding of different project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile and Scrum.
– Experience with data modeling and process mapping.
– Able to handle complex projects with different groups of users and external vendors.
– Having an eye for details and having potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line.
– Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams.
