Responsibilities
- -To generate new businesses for project works; Fit-Out and A&A Works etc for Data Centre.
- -Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve set sales target.
- -To understand market dynamics and customer needs.
- -Lead and mentor team member to maximize sales revenue and meet sales target.
- -Travel to meet up with customers.
- -Plan and execute sales action plans to engage prospects & follow-up on prospects.
- -Follow up activities to encourage timely closing of sales.
- -Prepare costing and quotations to customers.
- -Coordinate with the technical team on fulfilment of sales contract secured.
- -Follow through on internal processes to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
- -Provide regular internal reports to superior to further enhance performance.
Requirements
- -ITE/Diploma/Degree in Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical related field.
- -Min. 2 years relevant sales experience in Mechanical and Electrical environment.
- -Knowledge in Data Centre will be an added advantage.
- -Able to communicate well with both internal & external customers.
- -Able to travel overseas to countries like Malaysia and Vietnam.
- -Resourceful, supportive, problem-solving, committed.
