Job Description
Job Function:
– Support the daily operations and schedule of the centre efficiently and effectively
– Plan the daily programmes, curriculum and activities for pupils under his/her charge in accordance to Management’s philosophy and practices
– Maintain a culture of care and discipline among the pupils.
– Ensure pupil safety and well-being at all times, light cleaning to ensure environment is clean.
– Providing good supervision of pupils are all times during study, play, meals, recreation time within the centre and if necessary outside the centre during outdoor activities
– Establish academic rigour for pupils under his/her charge
– Coach for pupils under his/her charge in homework completion and preparations for school assessment (including spelling, tests and exams)
– Assist in planning and carrying out weekly craft activities, outdoor games, indoor recreation and holiday programmes together with the other staff
– Establish good and regular communications with parents and provide professional customer service and support
– Conduct oneself in mature, professional manner at all times with colleagues and in the presence of pupils.
