Job Description
Job Function:
Support the daily operations and schedule of the centre efficiently and effectively
Plan the daily programmes, curriculum and activities for pupils under his/her charge in accordance to Management’s philosophy and practices
Maintain a culture of care and discipline among the pupils.
Ensure pupil safety and well-being at all times, light cleaning to ensure environment is clean.
Providing good supervision of pupils are all times during study, play, meals, recreation time within the centre and if necessary outside the centre during outdoor activities
Establish academic rigour for pupils under his/her charge
Coach for pupils under his/her charge in homework completion and preparations for school assessment (including spelling, tests and exams)
Assist in planning and carrying out weekly craft activities, outdoor games, indoor recreation and holiday programmes together with the other staff
Establish good and regular communications with parents and provide professional customer service and support
Conduct oneself in mature, professional manner at all times with colleagues and in the presence of pupils.
